Has anyone managed to defeat these poxy little bastards?

My lo has had them for about 18 months now, and if anything they're getting worse.

I did use molludab on my DC when they had them because they had them for aaaaages and then they seemed to continue to spread. I know the medical advice is to leave them and they will eventually go but how long does that take 🤷🏻‍♀️

And the molludab did work.

I put tea tree cream on the dc and they seemed to go. DD lasted over a year though, iirc. Fight them from inside as well - multivitamins, nutrition and anything that boosts the immune system.
