Afternoon, does anyone know how I can buy a gift card in the uk to use in Australia? For Amazon or similar? Thanks in advance .

Try the Australia post website OP. They sell gift cards but I'm unsure whether they need an Australian address to send them to.

You can buy Amazon gift cards to use in Australia in AUD. I bought one for my sister earlier in the year.
