Ideas for thank you gift for Dad’s neighbours

My dad lives on his own and my brother and I both live in different countries. Dad’s neighbours have always been amazing and this year they’ve gone above and beyond, really looking out for him and helping out in lockdown. He just turned 80 and they’ve also been really kind organizing a socially-distanced cake etc in the garden.

I’d like to send something to say thanks, and would love some ideas. One set of neighbours have two teenage kids (who did his shopping etc in first lockdown) and other set have a toddler and a brand new baby. I don’t know a huge amount about their tastes so it’s hard to get something really personal, but I’d prefer something a bit less generic than a hamper or flowers.

Does anyone have any bright ideas? I want to order online from a UK shop not from where I live, and a small business would be even better.

Are there any local bakers near him, that would deliver? Or vouchers for a local takeaway place?

How about something for the garden if they have one? A friendship bench or a tree or some plants? The neighbours could watch them grow and maybe take care of them together if they are good friends? A lovely restuarant voucher maybe for them all to enjoy when things re open?

Thanks for the ideas. I’m really not sure about the gardens. Maybe food related options are best.
