This has been annoying me for literally years. If anyone can shed any light, it would be such a bloody relief!!!
(And also I loved it and would like to read it again 😄)
Here are all the features I can remember:
A brother and a sister
Lived in a high-rise flat
Things about shopping trolleys
Lots of bits about silverfish insects that run along the floor in their flat in the high rise.
It was quite bleak but I think it had a happy ending?
It was all a bit dystopic.
I realise this is the most appalling set of clues and that there is very little likelihood of anyone recognising it, but at least my friends and family can live in peace without me badgering them!! Thank you all so much 📚
