Period cup issues (keeps falling out/low 😳😭)

I have tried about 3 now, moon cup and a couple others I had recommended on putacupinit quiz, so all prob the larger ones
But still they seem to fall low like they will fall out when I’m walking or moving about!
They feel really uncomfortable. I’ve had 2 rather big babies through vaginal delivery so I wonder if because of this there is no hope for me in a period cup

I've got the same issue with my moon cup! I had the smaller size before I had DD and it was great. I got the bigger size after she was born but I can't get it to stay in place Blush

DD is 3 and a half now and it has improved slightly but I'm obviously not what I once was Hmm

Did you check that you picked up the cup sized for women who had given birth vaginally? I was surprised that they came in different sizes when I got my moon cup from boots , makes sense I guess.

@Anchoredowninanchorage I've definitely got the one for women who've given birth.

I thought I was back to normal but my mooncup tells me otherwise Sad

Are you sure you don't have a prolapse? If you had two vaginal births with big babies its possible. Even if its not a severe prolapse where its visible from the outside, it will still be much lower internally and it'll just push the cup out/out of place. Apparently 90% of women suffer from a prolapse of some degree by later life (according to the dr. Who fixed mine).

I find I need to angle mine backwards otherwise it just hangs low and is really uncomfortable.

I had this with mooncup. I got a Meluna Shorty and no problems since.

CleanQueen123 · 27/11/2020 18:35

Thanks @AlexandraPeppernose. I've just ordered a Me Luna Shorty Sport. Fingers crossed I have more success with that.

Maybe it’s not positioned high enough? I know the instructions say it should sit quite low in the vagina, but I have a high cervix and have to put it up as high as I can reach.

I couldn’t get mooncup to work for me at all after giving birth, similar issues and I now have a low cervix (thanks son!). I finally got a femmycycle cup and it’s fab, never had an issue. femmycycle.com/
