Help! Can you decipher this bit of handwriting?

It's a report by a telecoms engineer and it concerns our phone line and bb. He was checking our equipment (which was fault free).

The first line says "Customer reports no xxxxx path."

Can anyone read that xxxxx bit; I really can't work it out, and nor can anyone I've asked. We know nothing of telecoms stuff which might have helped!
