What shall I cook for date night?

It's my turn to cook for date night and I have no inspiration at all!

3 course meal required, dessert can be bought pre-prepared.

Eats almost everything apart from potatoes- which is my main problem. I have exhausted all my pasta dishes and I can't think of non-potato ways to do steak or Parma wrapped chicken type dishes.

Starter something fishy or cheesy or something.

Help me out with some suggestions please. I have a Sainsbury's and an Aldi near by for shopping for ingredients.

Do a baked camembert to start. Make about 8 little incisions around the edge and push in slivers of garlic and rosemary. Slice some ciabatta thinly and put in a hot oven on a tray for 4 mins to crisp. Then share it.

Do This Paella as the main course but it needs some red chili flakes in it too or it can be bland. Also only do enough for 2 as its really filling.

Do Lemon Posset for pudding but buy the shortbread from a shop. This recipe makes LOADS so either make a lot and have it for a few days/give to the kids, or divide the ingredients just for 2 people.

Oven traybake with whatever you have in the fridge. Nigella does a good one with Haloumi and Chorizo type chipolatas with red peppers, sun dried tomatoes and halved baby potatoes. Chuck it all in, swoosh round with olive oil and sprinkle something or other over the top. Quick, easy and delicious. Served with steamed greens for balance Grin
