I have a 2.5 year old DD and am completely uninspired.

I was hoping the Black Friday sales would give me some great ideas but I'm not finding anything is jumping out at me.

What are you all buying little ones?

Great ideas on this thread. Dd is 2.5, she is getting the Oldfield Farm toy farm from Wooden Toy Shop from her grandparents so we will get some animals etc to go with it, otherwise still looking for ideas.

I'm watching this thread! DD2 is home with her baby sister and dying to go to the playground and to play with other kids Sad

What would you suggest in terms of art supplies? She's not really into drawing, painting just a little.... any ideas?

@grey12 I'm having DC2 in Spring and this is partly why I want to get it right for Xmas. I've ordered a scooter ignoring my reservations about scooting toddler + baby. And telling myself DC1 will love it and it will force me to get us out.

I have bought the crayola colour wonder case. Paint sticks are popular here too.

I bought DD an indoor trampoline for her 2nd birthday earlier this month. It’s a massive hit and she loves swinging on the handle as much as anything Grin Ideally you need a decent size bedroom or playroom to keep one in though as it’s really obstructing my living room!

For Christmas she’s also getting
An ninky nonk pull along bubble train
A rocking horse (god knows where we’ll put it)
A balance bike
Velcro fruit and veg
A doll and accessories
Puzzles
Books
Leap frog ice cream van
Play dough and craft stuff for her stocking

Dd is 2.5. We're getting her a balance bike and stocking gifts. From family, she's getting:
Playmobil 123 farm
Elsa dress
Building blocks
Books and sticker books
Peppa pig figures

She has a big sister so we have lots of things for her age already!

Marking my spot 😌

Just a quick tip for those thinking about balance bikes. We wanted the Hornit Airo for DS as it’s so light. They’re sold out but if you contact them directly, they’ll sell you one of their ‘seconds’, with minor paintwork imperfections, for £89. Same safety guarantee as the ordinary ones.
