Canary Island holiday recommendations

Hello wise MNers. After a crappy year we're considering a last minute week in the Canaries, first week of Jan. We have a nearly two year old and looking for all inclusive or half board. Has anyone been on a holiday since Covid came along and could you recommend and particular islands or hotels? Thank you

Not been to the canaries since Covid, but we loved hotel Tagoro family and fun in Tenerife when we went last November. Our daughter was 3 and had a fab time.
Don't forget for canaries you need a negative Covid test before you go.
We've also done Gran Canaria, tui family life bahia feliz orquidea, again lovely hotel.
