Had our first Waitrose delivery today and I have to say I'm impressed. No delivery charge, no billions of carrier bags and the driver was fab. Yes it gets picked from a store and there were a couple of slightly odd out of stock messages and a substitution back to something I'd ordered originally, but otherwise great.
