Me and DH usually order:

Salt & chilli pepper chips
Either salt & chilli pepper chicken OR sweet & sour chicken balls (swap sauce for curry)
Fried rice
Fried soft noodles
Prawn toast or mini spring rolls

We end up eating it for lunch for a couple of days too.

Whatever looks best at markses. We have one Chinese we wouldn't touch at all and the other is indifferent at best and all the food is mostly giant bits of onion. If I fancy barely cooked onions, I normally have a kilo or two in the bottom of my fridge.

My order - vegetable chow mein, egg fried rice, vegetable curry, spring rolls and sea weed

DH and sons order would be - crispy chicken, duck in black bean, beef curry, egg fried rice, chow mein and prawn crackers

Depending how hungry we are we might get chips too but not often

I get boiled rice, mushy peas, lots of soy sauce and a Diet Coke and the other half gets spring roll, bbq ribs, chicken curry and rice. Can you guess which one of us is on SW 😄😄

Prawn crackers (these are free if you spend over a certain amount and they usually throw pancake rolls in too.We've used the same Chinese for the last 14 years as the food is always lovely)

Everything else seems to involve bouncy meat or mushrooms!

Mushroom foo yung or sweet and sour tofu with egg fried rice.

When I ate meat it was always crispy chilli beef!

After reading this I now want a Chinese takeaway!

Do people really order the same things every time? We get different stuff depending on what we fancy and maybe a dish we haven't tried before. Ditto with curry- I alternate between about 8 different choices.
