Christmas lollipop ideas

Every year I make Christmas bags for the staff I manage. This year I have Christmas mugs with home made chocolate and marshmallow balls and some other bits. I am making a Christmas liqueur and I wanted to make some kind of lollipops. I looked at boiled sweet lollipops but I have a lot to make so I was hoping for some thing a bit easier. I don't want to make chocolate ones as there is enough chocolate.

Any ideas of what I can make to put in lollipop moles. It needs to be something that will keep for a couple of weeks.

I've made chocolate lollies before, super easy, melt chocolate ( I used milk, dark and white and swirled them through each mould) stick in the stick then let them set! Wrapped them in clear cellophane and tied with a bow! I've done them for the children's birthdays at school so made 40 each time to accommodate breakage and teachers!

What about some little bags of homemade fudge? You'd need a sugar thermometer, but some milk, butter and sugar plus whatever flavourings will give you a big batch that you can just cut up into pieces.
