Just about to eat macaroni cheese with crispy bacon made by DH. It smells sensational! DD ate earlier. Have to fill in some forms for the doc. DD has had a lot of symptoms which are probably related to anxiety but we want to get to the bottom of it all. Watching Corrie & will watch I’m A Celeb later. Quite tired after doing overtime plus I have earache & possible sciatica 😢

I’m feeding DD in bed, going to read my book in a second now I’ve got her latched on properly. I’ve got a packet of M&S s’mores fudge that I’m slowly eating and a glass of wine.
DP is downstairs watching footie.
DS is fast asleep in bed. He’s asked to have a ‘balloon party’ tomorrow whatever one of those is.

It's ds's 14 th birthday today. We've had Chinese for tea and birthday cake. Now we are watching Futorama from the beginning.

He's been very good considering a lockdown birthday is rubbish compared to other years.

I’m on the sofa eating some Brie on a baguette, DH has also just done the same but is now holding a sleeping DS2 (6 months), DS1 (3) is asleep upstairs. We watching a dull history documentary but I’ve got I’m a celeb in my sites soon!

I've just helped daughter clean out the Leopard Geckos and made sure she's logged in all the feed details etc. Now watching The Christmas Chronicles part 2 while DP nods quietly in the corner x gorgeous peaceful evening x

Listening to the football commentary whilst contemplating getting a toothpick to get a piece of sweetcorn out of my teeth.

Dh has gone upstairs to settle DC who are 8 and 7 and being silly.

Going to do a crossword shortly. Feeling a little bored in the evening these days.

Nothing, husband overseas. Kids at boarding school. Sitting on sofa watching The Crown and mumsnetting. Probably have a bath later to while away the long quiet evening. Bit boring really but checked in with all of them and they all seem fine and are getting to socialise and play sport so they are lucky with that.

Just back from the laundrette via the chippy, like an Eastenders cliche. (because my kitchen is currently flooded and the washing machine in the utility is also kaput, unrelated to the flooding!)

Kettle on, baby sleeping, catching up in GBBO. Don't tell me who won.

Just a very chilled evening here.

DS just read 4 pages of his school reading book for that is the law made by the Queen of England for all year 3 children of the world. (Yes it is, shut up..)

Watched the final of bake off, sold an item on eBay for a surprisingly high amount, worrying about not studying for an upcoming course, thinking about what I’ll make for tea tomorrow night.
DH is WFH his second (evening) job. (Been at work all day too) I can hear him on the phone with a client.
Other child is gaming, I can hear him talking to his friends. He’s on leave from work so I’m not getting mad with him.

I’ve been up since 5.30 this morning so I’m tired tonight, going to go to sleep in a bit I think.

I'm sat watching tele, drinking wine and eating chocolate whilst DD is fast asleep in her cot upstairs. Also doing everything in my power to ignore DP completely tonight after he threw a full nappy at me trying to be funny but it hit me hard in my face and now I'm plotting my revenge. I'll try not to drink too much else I'll get carried away.

Just finished supper after walking 9 month old puppy in our local park. It's good fun watching his luminous collar bound around.
Several of the houses bordering the park have their Christmas decorations up and it's very pretty on a chilly moonlit night.

I intend to put our trimmings up this weekend so I am contemplating cleaning and clearing some space on the dresser and bookcases in readiness.

However, I only have one border row to complete on the Hydrangea crocheted blanket I am making for DW. So I may concentrate on that this evening and sort the house tomorrow.

It's very peaceful here this evening, I am glad as tomorrow I am picking up food bags for distribution in the community I work in and it's an early start.

DW is browsing her politics sites and pup is cwtched up on a blanket with one of her stinky welly socks, doggy bliss!

There's a Bailey's on ice coming my way soon, so my bliss too!

I'm knitting a scarf, dc asleep, dcats fighting, dp watching footy. I'm going to do a bicep workout once footy is finished and I have the living room to myself.

Myself and youngest DD are watching The Grinch and eating crisps. All other dc are either upstairs or out.
DH is watching football in the kitchen and the dogs are snoozing.
I've just shown DD a gift we have bought for her auntie for Christmas and it's got her approval ❤️

We did the family Christmas photo earlier for a calendar but DH gave off as he said me and DD weren't smiling enough. I've taken the hump as I was smiling (perhaps a bit Victoria Beckham) Kids now in bed after trying on nativity costumes as school just told us they were filming Christmas plays tomorrow. Pack lunches made, costumes laid out, house tidied and I'm wrecked. I'm working from 9am til 10pm tomorrow so I'm watching tv and having a bit of me time

I'm catching up with I'm a Celeb, SS is upstairs on his computer, DP is also upstairs on his computer in the office.

We always have a couple of hours in the evening where we do our own thing after dinner. At about half 10 SS will go to bed and DP will come down and make me a brew and have a chat and watch some tele before we go to bed.

I love him dearly, but I also love my evening chill time!

Just chilling on the settee, watching Masterchef the Professionals. Our old little cat on the settee next to me and two dogs sprawled on the floor :)

Watching Fargo. Daughter just gone to bed. Son shouting at his xbox.

I am drinking a glass of wine in the kitchen watching Masterchef,attempting finishing a Christmas wreath around cats settling themselves on my chair the table and getting in the way of me trying to see what im doing on my tablet

Sat at my pc wondering what to do next. All quite here,son up in his room, Cats are around somewhere or out.

Think I might go and research some history stuff. I have a cold can of pepsi max and my vapes,so all is good. Candles lit,fairy lights and salt lamps on,tv off.all very cosy.

I'm tip toeing around the house as DS is in bed. I'm going to put a pizza in the oven once I get off my phone as I haven't eaten all day and pour myself a glass. Anyone recommend something decent to watch on Netflix while I eat my pizza?
