Currently working from home in a stressful finance position. I’m still doing bits of work now and have been up working until midnight on occasions.
The stress is keeping me up at night and I struggle to go to sleep with my mind racing. My sleeping pattern is so messed up. I just nap eg drift off at around 3am and get up at 7am, feeling awful throughout the day.
What can I do essentially force myself to get to sleep now? I’m thinking to take night nurse perhaps? Would really appreciate any advice
