Help me sleep !

Currently working from home in a stressful finance position. I’m still doing bits of work now and have been up working until midnight on occasions.

The stress is keeping me up at night and I struggle to go to sleep with my mind racing. My sleeping pattern is so messed up. I just nap eg drift off at around 3am and get up at 7am, feeling awful throughout the day.

What can I do essentially force myself to get to sleep now? I’m thinking to take night nurse perhaps? Would really appreciate any advice

I find nytol helps. And the story 'blue gold' on the calm app sends me to sleep without fail!

I use a sleep spray and balm with lavender. It might be a placebo effect but it works for me.

Bath. No screens for an hour before bed. Try and read a book. And lavender. If you can't get pillow spray or body lotion, the Johnson's baby stuff is actually pretty good
