Areas in Cornwall / Devon / Dorset to live

Hi all - looking for a town on the South coast to move to and build a family. I like Newquay but need more ideas.

Notes:
Beach good for swimming
Good for kids / teens
Near schools

Brixham is fab -loads of places to swim, kids love it and decent primary and grammar schools.

Malborough near Salcombe. Fantastic beaches & great sailing, paddle boarding, fishing etc. Lovely village with community feel.

Newquay is North. Anywhere between Swanage and St Levan is good.

Legoland is a good place to build a family, but it is not quite in the area you are looking for.
