I’m trying to set up dd’s iPad to block explicit content and I’m getting stuck.
I’ve gone to screen time, selected that it’s a childs iPad, put in a passcode, then in content and privacy restrictions selected various settings.
But...
Under screen time there’s an option to “turn off screen time” and if I press that, it turns it off without asking for a passcode 
Also if I go mumsnet and pick a thread with an explicit word in the title it tells me the website is restricted and offers the option to “allow website” and then it allows it. No passcode required.
I must be missing some step along the way. Can anyone help?
