Can someone identify this houseplant please?

My friend was gifted this houseplant and she would like to know how to care for it.
Can anyone identify it? I think it sometimes has white flowers.

Looks like a Hoya to me. Does it have waxy leaves and chunky star shaped flowers?

Yes that's definitely a hoya. Ficus elastica (rubber plant) has much bigger leaves and a very different habit.

Stephanotis? Are the white flowers really fragrant?
