Most reliable/reputable place to buy wireless headphones?

I’d really like a new pair because my last ones got stood on 😅 I usually use Argos but I’ve just bought a pair there and they’re clearly used so going back ASAP. Is there anywhere that I can trust won’t be selling me returned or dodgy ones? Thanks :)

I think Argos is actually pretty reputable& you've been caught out by them not checking a return from a previous customer carefully enough.

I'd take them back and ask for another pair.

The real test of their reputability is how they handle the issue?

My go to for things like this is John Lewis if you think you need to go to another retailer.
