Is anyone having trouble booking their Christmas delivery slot with Sainsbury's?
I got an email last week stating that Christmas slots would open up from 22/11 for delivery pass customers, of which I am one. Tried to book today for 21/12, and got an error message basically saying that I'd already booked one Christmas slot and couldn't have another. Reader, I have no Christmas delivery slots booked.
I then called their help line, and the very nice and apologetic person said that it was a fault with their IT and he would raise it with their IT team, who would aim to get back to me within 48 hours. Well, in 48 hours, the slots I'm after will be taken!
Their Twitter has been of very little help, just people answering who haven't read the full thread if their answers are any judge. I have tried this on the website and the app (both on my phone and tablet). I have tried in a private browsing window on my browser. I don't believe that I'm the only person having this problem. I can't be, can I..?
