My DDad has found that all 6 months worth of photos from part way through last year have just vanished off his phone. I've looked through the settings - nothing looks wrong and it's the same as my phone. They're not in a recently deleted or hidden category. Does anyone have any idea what has happened and how to get them back? He recently paid for more cloud storage but I don't see how that would make things vanish off the phone. I've tried rebooting it but that didn't work either. I'd be very grateful for suggestions as he's upset and I really want to fix this for him!
