Can you share your experiences if so.

Multiple losses, my age and dc1 age all swinging to no but I fear I may regret not trying...

I had a baby 7 years after my youngest was born. It was a shock to find myself pregnant in my 40s, but I am so glad it happened. My older DC were absolutely brilliant about it all.

I had dd2 @ 38.
23 years after I had dd1.
Dd2 was very much a surprise arrival. I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 5months. I'll be honest having another child was not in our plans.
This time round I'm in a totally different situation.
Dd2 has changed our life for the better.

I have nearly 20 years between mine. Had DS1 lots of kisses and gave up

Had a change of life circumstances and decided I did want another. Luckily DS2 came along after 4 months of trying

There is a 10 year difference between my boys so just turned 14 and other done 4 in feb . I lost 8 babies in between I was 42 when I had my youngest. I have no regrets but find it hard to do activities they both enjoy . Also I'm constantly exhausted as work nightshift and run after a very active 3 year old at 46

I have 2 children OP one is 30 one is 9 ! it is amazing! I am tired and I do not have the energy I had before, however I do have more patience, time, security and money!! My youngest has great fun with her older sibling, they do all the fun things and we do the run of the mill day to day stuff. My youngest literally has 2 homes and she stays over with her older brother and his partner on a weekend, they dont have children so spoil her rotten! It just works somehow...It wasnt planned this way but it is what it is and I wouldnt swap it.First child at 19 second child at 41 !!!

I had my first at 26 and my second at 43!
I’m now 45 and my kids are 19 and 2 but it works for us 🤷‍♀️🥰🥰

I have an 18,16 and 3 year old, currently pregnant and will be 39 when I have it. It’s a very different experience, less energy now but more confidence, more financial stability now but less career prospects, more health worries but less bothered about regaining my figure. They all love one another but it is not close like siblings or helpful like aunts and uncles, hence why I’m having another so there are two close in age. You need to really want another child, at all their different stages to do it again, I do feel like I’ve gone back to square 1 freedom wise.
