Sorry v boring

Hi, i have probably not ever done this before at all, we Moved in years ago and things are still in the drawers they were stuffed in just then. All sorts piled on top. It's a mess.

I have:
Dressing table with one drawer- currently holds jewellery (never wear), brushes and bobbles, clips etc. Make up is on top in a caddy thing and perfumes also on top- all decluttered last week so they are ok where they are
A little shelf- currently holds things I use daily, hair spray, castor oil, creams etc. Should I put these on dressing table and reuse the shelf?
Then disaster strikes.
2 drawers in a chest containing allsorts- change, bits of old tooth whitening kits, big round brushes, sticky clothes rollers, hair masks, oils and lotions and potions that I don't use, old passports, sewing kits, you name it, it's there, cant face going in the cowing things!
I also have use of a couple of ikea drona drawers in the hallway but need shampoos, toothpastes etc in there, ideally would like to condense communal things to one so I can use the other.maybe for things I use weekly?
Bedside cupboard- currently contains wipes and err toys haha, should I put them away in the wardrobe? What then goes in the cupboard?

Clothes- I have 4 shelves in a tiny thin wardrobe- dh has 4x the space i do but mine is stuffed with things that are too small, office wear- not returning to an office any time soon, summer stuff, old stuff. Then hand bags, hair dryer, straightners at the bottom. I have so little space and it's bursting at the seams but I don't use 70% of what is in there. Should I reinstate a rail in the wardrobe so I can easier see what clothes I have available? I have lost a lot of weight recently and still going so have only bought a few bits recently, I have very little to wear but the door will hardly shut for shit.
Do I do it drawer by drawer? Shelf by shelf? Or tip everything on the bed?
I need to be ruthless

Thanks If you got this far.
