I am very short and very fat, 4ft10 and almost 1st 
I'm 30 and before dc I was around 9st and still felt a bit chunky, would love to be around 8st.
Im currently doing a sort of intermittent fasting - no breakfast apart from a couple of cups of coffee (semi skimmed milk no sugar) and then a salad or soup for lunch and a small healthy dinner.
But was wondering what others who are around the 8st mark eat in a day? I need some inspiration!
