If you are petite weigh around 8 stone what do you eat in a day?

I am very short and very fat, 4ft10 and almost 1st Blush

I'm 30 and before dc I was around 9st and still felt a bit chunky, would love to be around 8st.

Im currently doing a sort of intermittent fasting - no breakfast apart from a couple of cups of coffee (semi skimmed milk no sugar) and then a salad or soup for lunch and a small healthy dinner.

But was wondering what others who are around the 8st mark eat in a day? I need some inspiration!

I do walk a lot as I don't have a car but I also make sure I get out early for a long walk every morning.

Hi I'm 5' 2" and weight just under 8 stone and 52.
I eat porridge for breakfast, lunch is mostly sandwich, apple and some crisps and whatever I fancy for dinner. Each day I have some chocolate and wine with dinner.
I don't watch what eat, but I don't think that I eat very big portions. When I get full I just stop eating and never feel like I should clear my plate.
I go the gym most days, but always have a protein shake after which replaces the calories.

I feel I'm hopefully on the right sort of track then reading all of these but think I probably need to do a bit more moving.

I very rarely have breakfast as it makes me feel nauseous and a bit sluggish, but today for example I had homemade soup made from leftover boiled ham and leftover veggies with a slice of buttered tiger bread for lunch, a few cups of coffee with milk and no sugar and dinner will be pork loin steaks with wedges and salad.

Haven't done much exercise today but will be doing a fair bit of walking tomorrow and have a 12 hour shift in work the day after that.

Im 46, 5ft 2. Weigh 8st 9 at the moment. I need to loose a few pounds As my jeans feel a but too tight round the waist-just there, so totally doable.

2 toast and coffee at 7
Coffee and a kitkat at 10:30
lunch of a sandwich/yogurt/banana
Then nothing till tea at 6. Usually a hot meal like roast dinner/sausage and mash etc

I run but obviously not enough. In the summer i can weigh 8st as i eat less . I’m not very hungry if its sunny and warm,

I drink lots of water.
