I need a new mop - can you recommend one?

That’s it, really - I have a budget of up to £25, and need a new mop and bucket - but the variety of mops on offer on Amazon is immense - so I have come for the Wisdom of MN.

No need for a bucket

The Vileda spin mop. Absolutely brilliant and leaves the floors almost dry. Can I also recommend French soap Flash floor cleaner to go with your new mop - it makes the whole house smell amazing!

I bought the vileda one & it's ok. But not great. And I've broken the bucket.

I'm thinking of getting an old school mop & stainless steel bucket.

Vileda spray mop! Who has time to be faffing about filling up a bucket?! You pop the microfibre pads in the wash when dirty.
