A dinky but tough as a bullet thermal travel container for espresso's?!

Looking for a gift for a coffee lover who is constantly walking the hills. A little espresso container would be a good gift!

Challenge MN'ers!

I have a 1L steel thermos brand thermos that keeps hot drinks hot for hours in winter or cold drinks cold for hours in summer. Cap screws off to be a cup.

I have a travel espresso coffee machine that looks like a flask but uses nespresso pods. You need boiling water to use it though so not sure that's of any help.

A half litre steel thermos might be more the right size for espresso than a litre.

A 200ml vacuum travel mug? Admittedly not as small as a real espresso cup but maybe s/he might like to take multiple coffees for long hikes! I've got a leakproof Bodum one but I think they only go down to 350ml so you might have more luck with Contigo or another brand.

The stanley range of thermos are very tough. Various designs

It might be a bit bigger than you were thinking but this is super light and smaller than most flasks, I think it weighs only 220g and it has great reviews. I saw it in Sainsbury’s yesterday for £20 so the Amazon price is quite a bargain, I was amazed by how light it was.

DH has half litre one I got in Sainsbury's. He puts it in his cycling water bottle cage so can handle all the abuse that goes with 100 mile rides.

Fab! Thank you!
