Gifts for work colleagues

I am in a new role in work where I have a team of people and wanted to buy them something for Christmas. We are NHS nurses so it's been a tough year and would like to get them a gift to say thanks for all their hard work. I was thinking of around £10-15 per person. Last year from my team leader, I had a bottle of a welsh version of Baileys which was lovely. However I have a team of 11 so I'm not sure as I'm obviously not made of money. What would you like to receive? Any ideas?

I'm going for a tub of hero's/celebrations each.

Baileys is £10 in Asda at the moment, if you think they'd all like it. It's very nice of you but it's expensive, isn't it?

What about a bottle of wine each, instead? That would be cheaper and you can get 25% off on some deals.

With a Tesco Clubcard a litre of Baileys is currently £12. If I got that I’d be very chuffed indeed!

I have a large team to buy for. Some years I spend the months beforehand gathering small but personal items I think they'd like. This hasn't been on of those years! I've bought Beebombs and will add a candy cane and/or chocolate.
