Does anyone have any fail safe recipes for Jamaican lamb curry. Ideally I'd have liked to have kept it authentic with goat but ill not be able to buy that.
Planning on making it for my husbands birthday dinner. Im a decent enough cook so happy to try this but would like it to be really good! Melt in the mount style.
