ASD daughter doesn’t come out of her room! Do I leave her in there?

My Dd who is 16 has ASD, lockdown has made her more lock herself away more than ever. She now doesn’t want to come out of her room at all. I get her to come down for dinner which she eats at a rate of knots to get back. She doesn’t want to socially interact, which I understand, but she is isolating herself and more. She barely eats but snaffled away bags of snacks and eats them there rather than eat with us.
I’ve suggested I go into her room and watch a film with her, she doesn’t want to do that. I’ve suggested she wait in the car while I go and get us a Starbucks which she used to like, she now won’t do that. So she goes to school comes home and locks herself away.

Shall I leave her be? It seems to be getting worse?

She must come out sometimes if only to use the bathroom.

Your daughter has told you what she wants, respect that.

I wish my mum had let me stay in my room without barging in.
