AirPods

Does anyone use Apple AirPods for running? My phone doesn’t have a headphone port and I currently use Sony wireless ones but they constantly fall out when running. Both sides are connected unlike the AirPods though so at least they don’t fall to the ground. Very tempted by Aldi Black Friday AirPods depending on price but they seem like an expensive gamble if they’re just going to fall out.

I do and they are brilliant.

I do & haven't had an issues with them falling out! I normally struggle with buds so didn't have high hopes at all so it was a very pleasant surprise.

I have the AirPod pro and I do struggle with them falling out, my husband and two sons both have them and love them but I just can’t seem to keep them in, not sure if my ears are too small. I’ve had to put a running headband on my Christmas list.

I don't have airpods, so can't recommend them one way or other. But I wonder are you like me.... I seem to have strange shaped ears and I can't keep any earphones in. So like you, I'm afraid to invest. My only solution is to wear a headband when walking or running. That seems to keep earphones sufficiently in place.

Ooh a running headband might be just the job, don’t know why I hadn’t thought about that, thank you ... usually a fair weather/ summer only runner but with no other real exercise options this year I’m going to have to make myself get out in all weather so a headband might be useful in the cold for warmth as well as the headphone situation.

Good idea, a headband covering your ears makes such a difference when running in the cold.

Mine fall out even when I'm not running, I wear them for zoom yoga, gardening, housework. Luckily I prefer running without music.

I can't get headbands to stay over my ears when running either, they slip up off my ears even if they are the shaped ones under my ponytail. Maybe I have funny ears.
