Composite door

I am about to choose new composite door but unsure if i should go with a big single door with 2 side glass panels or double doors. The opening size is 1685. Any advice please. TIA

I have had a new kitchen fitted. I havent chosen a splashback yet. What are people thoughts on tiles V raised worktops against wall please?
