How to eat less sodium when I have no room to meal prep?

I have a health condition that means I cannot handling cooking full meals every day. I also have access to very little freezer/fridge space. I would love to meal prep so that I can eat low sodium meals as my blood pressure is too high, but it would cause big arguments storing the meals as it is a shared fridge. So I often find myself turning to ready meals as I don't have the energy to cook a meal!

Can anyone think of a way to prepare meals in advance without taking up much space? I have thought of buying a mini fridge but I can't really handle the expense at the moment.

Can you not look on fb, gumtree etc lots of people giving fridges etc away!

You could make chunky homemade pasta sauce from scratch. That would be a good base for several meals.

Also sus out the exact space you have in fridge and freezer and buy the right size good quality containers that stack

Have a look on Pinterest or similar for slow cooker dump bag recipes. Sounds gross I know, but all it means is a ziplock bag with all your bits in that you can freeze/fridge and then throw into a slow cooker at the beginning of the day (this assumes you have space for a slow cooker - but honestly you could even put it in your bedroom).

Then, if you can afford it, make things easy for yourself and buy pre-chopped veg - you can defo get carrots, onions and peppers pre-sliced, mushrooms too. Slow cooker means everything is cooked till it is soft enough to be forked apart so no need to ‘prep’ your meat.
