Anybody use Tesco Reading West?

I do my shopping online with Tesco which gets delivered from The Reading West store. I’m trying to order frozen food to be delivered on Monday but get a message on all of the frozen items saying they are not available after 22nd November and my order is for delivery on the 23rd. I phoned customer services and was told they are replacing their freezers and so I can’t have any frozen products and might not be able to get any before Christmas. They also said they are doing this in 4 other stores. I just wondered if anybody goes into the shop and can get frozen foods. I have to get my shopping delivered due to health problems

Yes I’ve seen this on local Facebook pages, didn’t realise it was for so long as to affect Christmas though! Apparently that section of the store is ‘tented’ off

This has happened down here on the south coast as well. Its been since the beginning of November and it said after the 19/11. Did my order yesterday for delivery today and its changed to the 3/12 really really frustrating.

I was in there today. Half the freezers are empty with signs saying something like “please be patient while we update our store”.

The stuff I was specifically looking for had been moved to a different freezer but I assume some stuff must have been taken off the shopfloor completely to make room.

O! I wonder if it's happening at Napuer Road... I'm hoping to do a big shop tomorrow!

They said they were doing 4 stores at the moment

Iceland are usually pretty easy to get a slot for!
