DH and I want to watch a funny, lighthearted film tonight that is easy to watch and will cheer us up! Something silly and funny!

Nothing Christmas related as I lost my mum this year so feeling very sad at the prospect of this one.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated Smile

Another Eurovision recommendation. Watched it twice as it made me smile so much!

Impatientwino · 21/11/2020 20:56

Ah this is amazing thank you all! Weeks of watching lined up now!

Thanks for all the wishes re my mum - was such a massive shock and she's left such a giant gaping hole never to be filled. Life will never ever be as good without her in it.

Settling down with a big glass of red to start working our way though your lists!

Cheers all Wine/BrewSmile

Always Be My Maybe

Netflix
Has a scene that made me laugh out loud - so funny and surprising

I haven't laughed that much this year until I saw the Eurovision movie, it really cheered me up! DH enjoyed it too and he isn't really a fan of the contest.

Fisherman's Friends

The delightful James Purefoy is a fisherman

Sweet jesus, don't watch About Time after your recent bereavement - it is one of my favourite, but most sad, films ever.

Life of the party!
