So this is driving me nuts... I've been trying to figure out how to use the Tomme Tippee Bennie the Bear Light and Sound Sleep aid and I can't figure out if it's user error or if the product I've got is faulty. I've tried reading the product support pages on TT website and watching YouTube demos but no luck. Just wondering if anyone else has one and could offer some advice please?
I've charged it up (USB model) and the light is blue so it's fully charged. It lights up when I press the left foot and plays the lullaby and noises when I press the left and right arms but what I can't get it to do is activate the cry sensor. I've tried with both the CrySensor On mode and the CrySensor On with shutdown after 30 mins mode.
I've tried clapping like the manual says to get it to activate and it doesn't in either of these modes, but will play once I press the button.
I've tried getting it to play the music in both modes and then leaving it in an empty room with no noise so it shuts off after 20 minutes with CrySensor activated so I could test it by clapping then, but I went back around 40 mins later and it was still playing the music again in both modes.
Anyone able to please shed some light?
