Not sure if this is the right place but I bought an item online from Selfridges which turned out to be the wrong item and don’t want to cancel it (I had a one-time use voucher). I have called Selfridges to amend the order and they unfortunately can’t - only cancel and reorder. I asked the customer adviser if they can do exchanges at Click & Collect and he said he doesn’t know.
I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and what the outcome was? I could wait until the shops reopen to exchange it but I have a feeling they won’t reopen until next year and it’s a Christmas present. TIA
