Spider plant help

I rescued a spider plant from Asda today that was looking really sorry for itself. The soil was bone dry and the vast majority of the outer leaves have brown tips and are bashed and bruised. I've repotted it and given it a drink and I'm just wondering what I do with the damaged leaves. The inner leaves seem ok so can I just remove the outer ones?

Spider plants are quite tough. Brown tips could be under watering or over watering. If the whole leaf is brown then pull it off. It it’s just the tips then you can snip them off with a scissors. They bounce back pretty quickly too.

Aw, I love buying plants and smartening them up.

In fact, every time I go to Asda, I buy a plant under the pretence that it needed a little TLC.....even though it looked as healthy as anything 😄🪴🪴
