My surgery very unhelpfully told me to download the nhs app to order repeat prescriptions for my toddler. Only it won’t let me do so except for myself. No help given on the app or google. Do I need to log in as her?

I have ordered for my son using the Echo app. I had to add him to my husband's account as a dependent, so can you try that?

I do - she has to be added to my account as a child and then I just select which person I'm requesting for.

My son can't order directly from the surgery website as under 16, I was very unhelpfully told I can but I have nothing on repeat.

I have the Pharmacy 2 U app, they request items from the GP and post it out.
