Please can anyone help read this handwriting?

Please can anyone help me decipher this handwriting. Specifically I am trying to work out the name of the venue? It is in Lochee in Dundee if that helps?

It looks like the "St Luke's something" to me. I'll have a study of that final word again!

Thank you - That makes sense. I wasn't having much with google because it was demolished in the 1960s... but yes St Luke's Manse is it. thanks everyone!
