Will a heat TENS machine help back/neck/shoulder pain?

I've seen this machine advertised for Black Friday and it's a good deal.

But do these things work?

All opinions welcome - I have awful neck, shoulder and back pain from wfh and general life stress.

Tens machines work for some, not for others. I have horrific back pain, and have tried most things, tried a couple of different TENS, but didn't work for me. I know some hospitals/physios used to rent them out, so you could try them, but I don't know if they do ATM with Covid.

Ok thank you for this. I have decided to buy a weird over the shoulder heated massager instead, as I remember when I was in labour the TENS machine did absolutely nothing for me!

Thank you and I'm sorry about back pain. I hope you manage to ease it sometimes.

Thank you, @Literallynoidea, pain is, well, a painGrin but I do get some respite.
