My partner and I are looking to move soon (from a rental, to a rental). We were planning on a move for around late January but a perfect property has popped up and we're going to go for it. I've never moved over Christmas and New Years though- given referencing/paperwork/etc, how long would it take? The landlord wants someone in sooner rather than later, which is fine- but is the time of the year going to delay things?
