Just something fun and lighthearted.
What have you asked for or what would you wish for?
I've asked for a lamp for my hallway (is this sad? but I love decorating), mascara (the benefit they're real one I think it's brill) and a new coat.
I wish I could have a trip home to see the family would easily give up my presents for that 😘Flowers

@JoeCalFuckingZaghe I'm sorry to hear this it must be unimaginably tough for you atm. Please do speak to gp about mental health I am sure there are so many people in the same boat. I wish you luck in the job search too. You have asked for good practical things although I am unsure how your hairdryer managed to melt o.O sounds dangerous I didn't know this could happen.

I want a hydroponics kit and DH has asked for a book of sex positions, so January is looking promising in this house.

ElizaDeee · 19/11/2020 12:30

•Silk pillowcase.
•Benefit cheek palette with georgia and dandelion in.
•Benefit they're real.
•Retro 50's apron.
•A specific £60 triangley pillow from dunelm.

And I'd like an advent calendar too, but I dont know which one. I might get Kiko Milano's one.

Barack Obama’s book. Otherwise just want my grandchildren to be well looked after by Santa.

Salted caramel vodka sounds delish. @LuckyAmy1986 what do you mix it with I'm not a tonic person? This list to me is like the perfect weekend if grandma would babysit the little one so I could eat chocolate alone and actually have time for a bath

A vase (a craft ceramics one with pref a salt or iridescent glaze), and I have an assortment of stuff on my Amazon wish list like CDs, running gloves, socks, swim kit so dh and ds can choose from that

LuckyAmy1986 · 19/11/2020 12:56

@Nemo57 I’m not a big drinker and don’t do spirits on their own usually but this doesn’t need anything, just ice. It’s so delicious. You can get mini bottles to try I think.

Ah I hope you manage to do that sometime soon!

PucePanther · 19/11/2020 13:14

Baileys Red Velvet Cupcake 😍

JustAPassingFashion · 19/11/2020 13:21

Ugg slippers. Nothing else I want but they're something I just wouldn't buy myself because it's more more sensible to buy a £4 pair from primark.... until i realised I do that every 3 weeks (when out of lockdown obviously) so actually, they're not that good value after all Grin

FatBottomedGurl · 19/11/2020 13:36

Urban Decay Stoned Vibes eyeshadow palette
Gym Wear from Sturdy by Design (gorgeous prints and the waist bands stay put!)

My partner has also bought me some new boots that I am getting before Xmas. I didn't ask for those but they are a lovely surprise!

Deathraystare · 19/11/2020 15:06

Nothing but ordered some Estee lauder perfume for me from me!

LuckyLuckyWoman · 19/11/2020 15:14

running socks and a coat. The coat I bought myself to make sure I got the right one.

Foxyloxy1plus1 · 19/11/2020 15:15

There’s nothing I really need, but I could do with some concealer, as mine has just run out.

I knit and crochet, but have a massive stash and don’t need more. I read a lot, but can get free books. I don’t need clothes or boots, but actually I would like a new pair of pyjamas.

Notgoingonholiday · 19/11/2020 15:18

A Tommy Bahama beach chair, but it's impossible to get without paying a ridiculous amount for shipping. So am getting clothesGrin..will resume search for beach chair in the new year.

Cheeseboardandmincepies · 19/11/2020 15:18

I’ve asked for money for a new bed... but in reality I’d just like the new Hunger games book. Smile

mumonthehill · 19/11/2020 15:18

Toast socks in violet, books, a new bag and I agree with wanting a chocolate orange all to myself!

Twospaniels · 19/11/2020 15:34

Subscription to Country Living magazine

Fleecy slipper boots. I’m working from home and am in the dining room and my feet get really cold

Mashingthecompost · 19/11/2020 16:12

I want a strimmer for the allotment!

Nemo57 · 19/11/2020 16:19

@mumonthehill I had no idea what toast socks where so I've just googled. 16£ for wooly socks. Blush I'm a basic primark socks girl but with cumfy shoes to cover.
I've got some good new gift ideas for relatives of this post though

mumonthehill · 19/11/2020 16:30

@Nemo57 that’s why they are in my Christmas list, a complete treat!!

redtinheart · 19/11/2020 17:05

LadyofMisrule · 19/11/2020 17:19
