I keep getting £10 cash back on my hsbc credit card

In the last few days I've had 3 x £10 refunded into my hsbc credit card called 'cash back offer'

Anyone know what this is for? I've had the card for around a year I think and never had any rewards before 🤷🏻‍♀️

@pooopypants Have you ever dialled HSBC? The wait time is ridiculous and I haven't got a spare 30 minutes to sit listening to hold music.
