Kids bike helmet recommendation please?

Does anyone have a helmet that doesn’t have those removable Velcro padding bits inside? DC pull them out and they get lost and then helmet no longer fits and pulls out hair with the Velcro, argh. Surely there must be some without this feature? It’s hard to tell looking on websites, I was in smyths today and they all had them.

Anyone? I suspect they may not exist and the answer may be just to not allow kids access to the helmets when not on heads, is this what others do? Or have kids who are not such little pickers
