NOW broadband

Trying to decide which provider to go with when I move into my new flat at the weekend. Have been on a comparison website but some deals which look good don't have great reviews. Particularly interested in NOW - anyone have any experience of broadband with this company? Also open to any other suggestions. Preferably would like fibre, no more than 18-month contract and would like inclusive phone calls. Thanks!

I went with John Lewis.

They all use BT lines apart from Virgin that have their own so how good the actual internet provision is depends on your BT line.

I switched from talktalk due to their non existent customer service to now broadband and it was not only half the price but you actually get to speak to helpful people if you need to phone and also a live chat that works
I have been a longtime customer of NOWtv which I also have never had any issues with.
Fast fibre wasn’t available so I’ve got the standard broadband have no issues whatsoever.

I'm with NOW. Seems fine. No issues.

Thank you @Singinginshower! And thanks everyone for your replies - I actually ended up going with Sky in the end which only got installed two days ago, so hope I've made the right choice. When looking into different providers there seems to be lots of people not happy with all of them! But found a good price for fibre and inclusive calls so I'm happy.

I switched from Talk Talk to Now TV and have been counting the days until I can leave. The coverage is shocking and rarely can I get online at the same time as everyone else so don't do it. The literally had no staff over lockdown...heard good things about Plus Net
