Hi all,
A woman-led not for profit called Speakout Revolution is creating a campaign to shine more of a light on how common bullying and harassment is in the workplace.
They are currently doing a survey (it doesn't require sharing your contact details or name) so that they can build the UK's best understanding of the state of play and what people go through.
You complete the survey for each time you've been bullied or harassed at work (including sexual harassment).
I know lots of you have been in these kind of positions and it would be awesome if you could contribute and share widely...
I'm not involved in the organisation but am a big supporter of it (the woman who runs it is lovely and I can imagine her being a Mumsnetter TBH!)
