The last boss I had to get married had met his wife in a cafe after her dog ran up and greeted him. Needless to say the dog was invited to the wedding reception.

At the start of lockdown 1.0 someone I knew a little in real life messaged me to say happy birthday. Very slowly but surely things escalated, we started meeting up, then bubbled, and last week he told me he loves me.

I think it's too soon and although it's on the tip of my tongue I can't say it out loud to him yet, so I whispered it very quietly against his arm when we were snuggling at the weekend.

He is lovely. He gets me. This is the last thing I thought would happen this year.

I started chatting to a chap via OLD during the first lockdown... he's moving in in the new year and I can't bloody wait 😊

My friend had an epileptic fit and smacked a passing man in the face as he tried to help as her friends were panicking. She knocked out his tooth and she tracked him down on Facebook to say thanks/sorry. They got married a year later.
