What worked for you?
It's been a week now since my bum started hurting after getting in from a long walk. I took a hot shower after and had a feel around. To my horror I felt the rubbery lump down there straight away 
It's about the size of a marble and is so uncomfortable. I'm not pregnant it's just come out of the blue at 32 years of age. Luckily it's not bled yet or got any bigger, but I read most sort themselves out within a few days but as it's now been a week I don't think mine will. So I'm going to morrisons to get some cream tomorrow. I've been eyeing up anusol if anyone has experience with that brand?
I know most people get that at some point but that doesn't stop it being so shit. They alternate between being feeling painful in a stinging/burning way or really itchy.
Everytime I sneeze it feels like my arse is going to explode
