Aww. That is a shame.

I went to school with his daughter, (convent). She was VERY naughty and I secretly really admired her.

Used to watch Des O'Connor when I was growing up. My mum loved him. Everyone took the micky out of him but he was so good humoured about it. So many TV celebrities from my youth have died recently. RIP Des.

A long life but sad how it ended, after a fall. RIP and thoughts for his family and all who worked with him.

Des was always great entertainment, either on Morecambe and Wise or his own chat show.

Right Said Fred have tweeted that she used to be a band and Des used to go to cheer her on and no matter how grubby a venue he always looked dapper Smile

Aw now. I remember watching him with my grandparents back in the day.

Naughty with a twinkle.

RIP Sad
