Part Time Work

I work part time in a school but I am considering quitting because I love being with my baby daughter so much. We can manage financially. I have worked there for 10 years and I don't feel the same about it as I once did but it is a good job, an easy job with good hours but I just don't look forward to going in, I don't like my boss and I miss my baby. I don't want to regret leaving but I also don't want to regret not leaving. Just looking for some words of wisdon. Thankyou

Part time jobs in schools are like hens teeth, you'll probably never get one like that again.
We all love our dc, but for me I would Hate to not earn my own money, or have a career. There's the long term provision for pension of course.
I'm a much happier, well rounded person for working.

Do you have to work in the school holidays? Think about how you might have to use annual leave to cover your child's school holidays once they are four. Unless, of course, you intend on being a sahm until they're in year 7 or 8.
