'The Man'

Don't want to be a slave

To 'The Man' behind it all

I'm not talking about God, no

He is much more corrupt

The thief of freedom

In the land of the free

Like God, He has His angels

Fallen at his feet

Waiting for His command

I guess I left it purposely open for interpretation, so no one is wrong here, but what I had in mind when I wrote it was just, capitalism as a whole.

Well, they both epitomise the worst effects of capitalism so I would say you are spot on.
